Return & Refund Policy – FitGear Supplies

At FitGear Supplies, we want you to shop with confidence. If your purchase doesn’t meet expectations, our return and refund process makes it simple to resolve.


Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.

  • Certain goods such as hygiene-related items (e.g., towels, bottles) and digital products are not eligible for return.


How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at fitgearsupps@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide instructions and, if approved, the return shipping address.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an incorrect product was sent.


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If free shipping was offered, the cost may be deducted from the refund.


Exchanges

We’re happy to replace defective or damaged items with the same product. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Downloadable digital products

  • Personal use items (for hygiene reasons)


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check with your bank or card provider.

  2. Contact your payment service (PayPal, card issuer, etc.) as processing times can vary.
